Processing Time

 

Each piece is made to order. Once an order has been placed, it will take two weeks to be made. After the production is complete, orders are typically packed within 3-5 business days, excluding public holidays. Once your order is packed and ready for shipment, you will receive an email confirmation.

Shipping Times

Domestic orders
For domestic orders (orders within Australia), we use Australia Post as our shipping carrier. If you selected standard shipping at checkout, your order should take between three to ten business days once you receive confirmation that your order is on its way.

International orders

For international orders, the processing time is typically 3-5 business days, excluding public holidays.Please note that international shipping may take 6 or more days for delivery. Once your order is packed and ready for shipment, you will receive an email confirmation.

International orders

International shipments will come with a tracking number which will be sent to you in an email.
