Refunds and Exchanges 

To request a refund or exchange you can contact us at

We will accept and process a refund or exchange if the following conditions are met: 

  • the original item you ordered is returned in the same condition you received it (i.e. no marks, stains or defects)

  • the item is returned in its original packaging

  • the item still has its tags attached

  • hygiene stickers have not been tampered with

  • in the case of a request for an exchange, the item you wish to exchange your original item with is in stock

  • the item you wish to exchange is shipped to KIS SIMBA COLLECTION within 7 days of your request for a refund or exchange being processed. 

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return to confirm whether the item is eligible for a refund or exchange. 

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of approval (excluding public holidays). 

Refunds are made using your original payment method. Refunds will not include the cost of shipping. 

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for a change of mind. 

Out of Stock  

In some instances, the item you wish to exchange with your original purchase may not be in stock. In those cases, a refund will be processed instead. 

Price Differences 

If the cost of your original item is less than the item you wish to exchange it with, you will be responsible for paying the difference. 

If the cost of your original item is more than the item you wish to exchange it with, KIS SIMBA COLLECTION will reimburse you with the difference.

If your request for a refund or exchange is accepted, we will email you a return slip and instructions on how to send your package back to us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

KIS SIMBA COLLECTION reserves the right to refuse any return if the relevant items are not received in original condition.

Note - we will not pay the cost of shipping an item back to us. 

Damages and Issues 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if any item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item. 

Refunds may be made if any of the items you received are faulty, significantly not as described when you purchased them, or if you were sent the wrong item, size or colour.
